Because It Takes a Team

  • Our team delivers value to every client through our experience, problem/solution focus, and responsiveness.
  • Our professionals average 20-plus years of experience and have represented hundreds of clients with projects totaling millions of square feet.
  • The team is led by industry pioneer Robin Weckesser, who brings a background in architecture, corporate real estate/construction, project/construction and facilities management, and commercial brokerage/tenant representation.
  • Robin is one of the industry’s leading workplace design and implementation thought leaders.
  • Our team includes the following professionals, but it’s only fitting that we start with our newest canine members!:

Ivy & Moira

People are our greatest asset—but we’d be lost without our pets!  After we promoted Ivy to be K9 Director of People & Culture, she let us know she was overworked.  So we added Moira to the team. As Assistant Director, Moira reports to Ivy…when she feels like it.
