For Harmonic’s new headquarters and R&D center, a3 provided process leadership, budget, schedule administration, operational functionality, design decision input/validation, vendor selection process management, and design/construction process review.  The design of its new headquarters/R&D center focuses on a digital, video experience that showcases the Harmonic story along with essential product development support infrastructure that enhances the current and future customer and staff workplace experiences.
