Corporate Project Management
  • Robin worked for Apple Computer from 1982 – 1994, delivering workplace solutions domestically and internationally. He served as Senior Project Manager for Apple’s first owned headquarters as well as the historic 850,000-SF Infinite Loop R&D campus in Cupertino, CA. Infinite Loop is considered an industry breakthrough because it paved the way for Apple Park—the company’s “spaceship” campus—as well as numerous other mega corporate centers in Silicon Valley. This project established an important industry precedent around workplace design and its importance to product development, which is considered best practice today.
  • Following Apple, Robin served as Senior Director of Real Estate & Facilities at early-stage corporations in the technology, life sciences, and bio-tech space, including Incyte Pharmaceuticals.
Cresa
  • In 2007, Robin joined Cresa Partners, where he headed the firm’s project management services in the Bay Area.
  • Robin worked closely with Cresa’s brokers to provide integrated real estate services to clients such as Alibaba and New Relic.
  • Cresa, with Bay Area offices in San Jose, San Francisco, and Palo Alto, was the area’s largest firm with a tenant-rep focus and a robust PM group.
  • In 2015, Robin and his team at Cresa formed a3 Workplace Strategies. They have built the area’s leading PM firm by delivering the highest level of client service.
